Case Study: Boohoo

We were delighted to work with Boohoo at their Burnley Distribution Centre – 2 Floor Refurbishment.


We were given the opportunity to start working with Boohoo some 3-4 years ago, when we received their first initial enquiry. With attention to detail we managed to secure their first order. Closely working with Andy, Jo and Gary we managed to go on to provide detailed moodboards and overall costings for this project.

Looking for an industrial look in their canteen, funky and flexible meeting rooms, wow factor meeting chairs and overall a clean and modern look in their open plan offices, we managed to share their vision and put this into practice. Offering great style, functionality and more importantly keeping within their budget, which is key.

Working with Boohoo has been a continual progression and we are very happy to have this opportunity to work with them.  We are exceptionally pleased with the end result of this project and look forward to working on future projects together.

Over the past few years Heatons have been our preferred furniture supplier. We had a strict brief to follow for this project, which Stacey and her team were quick to respond to. Heaton’s offer competitive prices and stayed within budget.  Product quality is excellent as is their pro-active customer service package from enquiry to order placement. Not forgetting that their after sales is always available to Boohoo if and when required.

Our designs and aspirations for this project did change along the way, but Stacey was always on hand to source the product required. Her product knowledge is second to none and she strived to come up with solutions that would fit in with the Boohoo brand and style.

We have built up a fantastic working relationship with Stacey and the Heaton’s team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies who are looking for the complete furniture package.
