Case Study: MSB Solicitors

Heatons and MSB have a long standing relationship.

We have worked together for a number of years and had previously supplied their furniture in Silkhouse Court.

We were more than happy that we could help them again in their new home, No4 St Pauls Square.

St Pauls Square is regarded as the most significant new commercial led office development in Liverpool City Centre so this is the perfect location for MSB.

What MSB Solicitors said…

We have worked with Heaton’s for 7 years. Nicky has worked with us on previous office refurbishments. 4 St Paul’s was a different project as we had a blank canvas, different budget and given the specification of the building it was important we got the right corporate  look. We also use Heatons for our stationery.

We had a vision of what we wanted our new offices to look like, totally different than our previous city office. There were two designated areas, a client area and our partner / staff working areas. We came across many problems with the space and getting the right flow for the departments in the working areas. After many sleepless nights Nicky took the plans away and came back with an ingenious way of how to provide cabinet space and separate departments.

Nicky had our colour scheme and then provided samples of chairs, fabrics as well as ideas of how to get the right look.

The most outstanding part of the whole project was timing. We had to be out of Silkhouse Court and in to 4 St Paul’s by 9th December,  it was a very tight timescale and everyone who was involved in the project worked extremely hard to meet these deadlines. We moved into 4 St to Pauls over the weekend of the 9th December and our new office opened to staff and clients at 9.00 am on Monday 12th December.

The reason this project worked  is down to the dedication of everyone involved.  I would sometimes call Nicky at 7am in the morning or 7pm at night if  something came up and we needed to make a decision.

Nicky’s ethos is not about cost it’s about providing the right solution in terms of aesthetics and functionality (whilst being mindful of price) so that in the end her clients get what they want and equally importantly that it is delivered on time.

Another key skill of Nicky’s is her ability to work with other contractors on site in a positive manner.

I cannot recommended Nicky and Heatons enough. If you have a small or large project coming up, I suggest you speak to Nicky. You won’t be disappointed you did.
